The staff are incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation.
