Lovely Family Run Hotel

Lovely family run place right in the port, close to everything. The family is super nice and the rooms are large and comfortable.

What a lovely hotel with Nikos being an amazing host. It's in a quieter part of the town and it's in front of the port with a lot of options for food and drinks and also easy parking. The rooms were clean and had everything you would need. The breakfast was basic but everything was so tasty and most items were honemade. Nikos is the host that every hotel whould have. He made you feel welcome and helped you with anything you needed.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were super friendly, we got cake everyday! The cats were absolutely adorable and the room was great. I adored it and did not want to leave !

We had booked a double room with sea view. The room was clean, comfortably bed, friendly staff and just as described. Two balcony’s available for use which allowed so much natural light into the room. Bathroom is a little small but still larger than other we had on other islands and adequate for use.

Literally the best.

This was the best place we stayed on our whole island hopping trip. Not only was the hotel in a great location, but just the little details made all the difference. Recyclable toothbrushes and a sewing kit just when I needed to fix something. Extra pillows available in case you can’t sleep with one. Where other places give you the near minimum, the Almira Inn goes that extra mile. Breakfast was lovely too and Calypso the cat was difficult to say goodbye to. If we are ever back in Ios we will stay at the Almira Inn without hesitation.

Sauberes großes Zimmer, ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber Nikos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute und reichliche Frühstück und der immer wieder im Zimmer bereitstehende Kuchen. Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft!

Struttura molto ordinata e comoda, a 400 metri dall’arrivo del traghetto e a 100 dalla partenza degli autobus. Il propretario ci ha fatto trovare in camere acqua e due fette di pane al cioccolato per al nostro arrivo.
