The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down. The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged between the base and mattress. The mattresses were cheap, thin and uncomfortable. The bathroom stank of sulphuric sewage and became unbearable. The electrical sockets made a high pitched wizzing sound when switched on, which made the lamps flicker. Very dangerous. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights, but left after 2 to stay on a friend's sofa. "
