"Very happy with my stay here, clean and warm room, friendly staff, free WiFi that was decent, and free baggage storage - much better service than many pricey hotels."

"Quirky, non corporate joy. Like a breath of fresh air, they do things their way. Real people, not the identical robots normally churned out by capitalism.
I loved it! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great value. Great staff"

"The space was fantastic! It’s very much an extended cottage, and is warm and cozy! The host was very responsive, and went out to purchase a few additional amenities at our request. Very responsive host. One drawback is that there were a few bits that seemed to have been “missed” in terms of cleaning. There were a couple drawers filled with old packaging and garbage, kitchen items had a layer of grease covering them, downstairs bathroom had beard trimmings inside. I do, however, still recommend...

"Review should realistically be between average and good. Staff were great and very friendly/helpful. It was good for the price. Room is clean but the bed mattress was so uncomfortable. Noisy as God knows what was going on in the alley my room backed onto. Breakfast was great. "

"Easy check in (although I did have to prompt in advance via email to receive door and box code details). Room was clean (bathroom could be better, lots of hair in the shower door) and well provisioned. Location is excellent and nearby council parking on Rockingham Street is such an advantage in the city centre. My room faced Division Street- quiet in winter after students have keft, probably noisy in summer. However, I know this, know Sheffield and would stay again. Good value and good service overall. Thank you."
"Fabulous location for Sheffield Christmas market, shops and theatres. Exquisite building and decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was so spacious, modern and had everything we might need - including fridge, kettle, ironing board, an huge bed and a wonderful shower.
The breakfast was the best I’ve had for choice in a hotel (as a vegan)
Would recommend the hotel to anyone and would definitely look to return. "
