"I think our stay would have been nicer if the floor our room was on didn't reek of weed. We mentioned it to the front desk and she asked maintenance to chech it out. Woke up all night to the smell. The bed was very uncomfortable! Television in the bedroom wouldn't stay connected to wifi/service. The hotel was clean as where the rooms. The staff at check in was wonerful. I do recommend coffee service in the lobby!!! The coffee in the room is not good!"

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I booked this for a business trip for five nights and ended up staying there less than two hours before checking out to go to another property. The room I was allocated was dirty, dark and in an unsafe location for a female by herself. Furniture was broken, there was dirt on the floors and the smell when entering the room was absolutely disgusting. This appears to be a long stay property, known to locals that way. It should not be sold on here. The staff were unable to help me with this different room and Expedia have been extremely difficult and unresponsive to my complaint, expecting me to pay the full five nights day when they were unable to fulfil my reservation. Avoid this place at all cost!!"

"A huge disappointment. I use this chain because there is a good value for price ratio. I do understand I did not book a luxury place but this was not as promised. For the amenities thy announced outdoor grilling and the grills were there but out of gas. Although I was there 10 days they were not able to address this. In the laundry sections 3 out of 5 machines were broken and the dryers had not been cleaned for a good time. There was one nice lady at the front desk but the other staff was useless or rude. I had a problem with the dishwasher and morning shift said they reported it and evening shift had no clue. A manager was not to be mobilized. After 4 days I insisted on a different room. The whole place was run down. In the room different things were fixed but completely inadequately. The towel hanger constantly fell down and the same for the bar in the closet. The shower was complex loose too. I could go on with more details but I think you get the message. Once again I normally am happy with this chain but this place did in no way live up to any standard."
