Breakfast is not great but will do. You have to walk outside to get to the breakfast area so dont go out in your slippers, especially if its been raining. (when it rains, water collects in the outside area)
Walls are on the thin side, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you have ear plugs.

"The property is new, and the facilities are well maintained. The property is a bit inside of the main road, so spotting it might be a hassle. The rooms are actually very small in size, and that is an issue(for some, maybe).
Also the hotel doesn't allow food from outside(to promote their costly in-room dining facilities), which is a hassle.
Overall, the stay is awesome if we don't take into account the small rooms and no outside food policy. Have stayed for only one day, so can't really comment...

"The room was lovely; large, clean, and airy. Just over the very busy Park street, it was very peaceful. The bathroom was clean and big. There was a little area to make tea/coffee, with a hot water kettle and a mini fridge. Breakfast every morning of your choice from a menu, brought to you at the time of your choosing.
The only down side was that we were on the 4th floor and the elevator stopped working. It wasnt fixed by the time we left, so we had to cart our suitcases down by ourselves since...

The rooms are cosy, spotlessly clean, and well appointed with any facilities you require. The staff are friendly, dedicated, and helpful. The food and drinks are also delicious.
