Although this place is pretty unremarkable, I wouldn’t say that’s a bad thing. It’s OK, and that’s fine. The best part is the location. And if you are someone who likes to walk when travelling, this is a great place as a home base.

Very clean, comfortable and noise free room. Check in was quick, staff friendly and helpful. Room service good and quick. One prep was too spicy but gave us free ice cream to make up for it. Check out quick. Overall would definitely recommend!

While convenient for access to the city, the immediate area is not particularly pleasant. However, the hotel, while it provides all that is needed, is a little 'tired' as to its decor. But, the in-house 'pure veg' restaurant and bar is excellent, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are charming, friendly and efficient. It may not be 5* but gets an A from me.

Great location with outstanding qualities.

Staff were very helpful from an early morning check in to the moment we left, we stayed 4 nights. The food was outstanding and the service was the same. The little things like the morning newspaper placed under your door. The small plate of chic chip cookies delivered to your room just before retiring (but not every night) were thoughtful.

This place doesn’t look or feel like the photos they have uploaded on travel sites. The bedrooms are dirty and stink of mold and mildew. Not a clean place for western travelers.

Property was under construction so there was a mold in the room. I requested to change which was approved when I talked to Expedia's customer care otherwise they were not agree to change the room.

This is our second stay in this hotel. Everything, especially help from the staff and individual workers in this hotel is exceptional. We thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody.

Definitely do not recommend this hotel !!!!

The hotel requests prepayment for airport pickup. At check-out, the hotel will charge you again and it will take 45 minutes for the hotel to clear up the matter. They know nothing and you must prove to them that you have made a prepayment - despite the relevant documents, the explanation intentionally lasts a long 45 minutes !!!! If there is not enough time to fly, you have to pay twice - I definitely do not recommend this hotel

Overall a nice place

Hotel is great and included breakfast was very good. The air conditioner seemed like it was a bit dirty. I had pretty strong sinus problems while in the room, but really was only in there to sleep. The a/c blows right on your bed. Other than that the room was clean and the hote staff were fine.

Inconvenience in using WIFI

During my two-night stay with Hotel Casa Fortuna, I recall I need to remind the reception staff about five times to reset my room wifi’ as ‘data limit has been exceeded’. I have stayed in five hotels during the three weeks tour and this is the only hotel that kept the ‘data limit’ for wifi and it seems to last for only two hours.

L'hotl est propre et le personnel est tres polie. Les chambres sont perites et confortable. Le probleme vient surtout du restaurant qui ne sert que de la cuisine vegetarienne. Le petit dejeuner est typiquement indien, sauf pour des toasts, petit croissants et petits muffins. Tous le restent est indien, epice et vegetarien. D'autre part, les chambres sont vaporisées d'un insecticide, qui m'a occasionne une tres forte toux. j'ai demande que l'on me change de chambre apres avoir conclu que c'est ce produit qui occasionnait ma toux et m'empechait de dormir.

Some of the other guests on my floor were smoking. When I reported this to the staff, they followed-up with those guests in question and also brought me an air purifier. Excellent customer service! Also, the breakfast spread is very tasty.
