"Overall, my stay was quite adequate. Check-in went smoothly enough and the staff were both informative and helpful. I did not like that the luggage carts were around the buildings corner and its slightly inconvenient that if a luggage cart is in fact needed: instead of being able to stay inside the hotel to access an elevator you have to exit the lobby walk around the front of the parking lot and then re-enter the building with the added hassle of using your keycard. It was quite difficult to do on my own and I could only imagine how hard it would be for someone disabled. The inside of the room was immaculately clean however the terrace was lacking. The hotel advertised room service, a washer/dryer ( like there was one in each room) , a restaurant on premises, and a few other amenities that in fact were not provided. I had difficulty accessing the QR code hotel information and I believe the wrong link was being pulled up due to a Google owned storage option kept displaying un the url. Unfortunately, I had to check out an hour early due to the overflow drainage face being installed upside down and the drainage system under the tub being non-existent; water then flooded the lower level floors."

"Breakfast was fine.. Unfortunately, the location of the hotel was not appealing at all. Econolodge and Holiday Inn have same entrance. You actually have to drive through the Econolodge’s property to get to Holiday Inn. It is a very run down hotel, old cars/trash on property, terrible potholes throughout drive. Felt uneasy staying there, due to Econolodges conditions. Also, my husband was showering the morning of check out. The shower floor, was extremely slick and he fell. Severe bruising n 3 areas on his arm and back. I recommend that you put slip pads in your showers.. "

"Got on site and had a surprise additional $150 to pay on top of our reservation we booked. Parking is more expensive than the listed $15 per day as well as an extra "resort fee"? Valet is a joke and you can almost not avoid them requiring it from you, basically tried to take the keys out of my hand. Staff were incredibly rude when discussing the miscommunication with booking fee and additional costs. Spoke to me as if I was illiterate and were just very inconsiderate and unkind. Daytona Beach was kind of a dump and there was construction everywhere making it hard and dangerous to walk in and out of the hotel. Will not be going back."

"Nicest pool ever. Hotel needs major overhaul. Because of fesrival rooms were twice as much. Didnt get the room i reserved so not ever staying at any Best Western again. Also canceling my card and membership. "
