"Everything was perfect when I was staying my trip."

"Hotel is a good value and good location, very close to the Monas (national monument), although the check-in staff was surprised when I said I wanted to walk there (it was an easy 15 minute walk). Very attentive and helpful about getting me on my way to the airport in in the early morning. Only negative experience was at the restaurant, I wanted to have dinner there but the entire inside was booked for a private event and some of the staff was not friendly when I tried go in. Finally I got an outside table with a friendly server so it was ok, but again they were confused when I tried to go back in to pay. (The adhan is very loud from the mosque across the street, but that is part of the local atmosphere.) However generally a good location and I would stay there again."

"This is an excellent hotel that we enjoyed overall. However, we had two big concerns. First, the traffic around the hotel is so intense that it’s all but impossible to safely cross the street to any nearby places. If you like walking, this isn’t the place for you. Second, when we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner, the service was unbelievably bad. We placed an order and waited and waited. No water. Our drinks never came. All of the waiters disappeared. Really. Finally I went to the front desk to complain and, after another long wait, the food appeared. It may have been the worst service I’ve seen in 50+ years of going to restaurants."
