"Beds were comfortable and water was hot. Those were the only positives. Other than that, the rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Staff was rude and beyond annoyed at basic requests like enough towels for the members of our party and putting out more very meger breakfast. Definitely skip this one."

"We only stayed one night to attend a World Cup match at Arrowhead. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable with amenities perfect for our family of 4! The pool was very nice and refreshing on a very hot day, just before the match. The A/C was top notch and such a relief from the outside heat/humidity. Breakfast was a pretty typical free breakfast with hot and cold options. Easy to grab as we left early for a long drive. It was easy to walk to and from Arrowhead, and we felt very safe walking with our 2 young kids. It was a bit rowdy outside after the match, but while we could see the crowds from our window and hear intermittent police sirens, our room was very well-insulated from it all. We heard zero noises from inside the hotel itself and we were right next to the elevator. Overall - a great experience and especially worth it if you are attending an event at one of the stadiums."
