We LOVED this house! It was clean, updated, had plenty of towels and linens for 6 of us, and everything was so cute and comfortable. The neighborhood is adorable and right across the street from multiple historical sites. 10/10 would recommend!

Great overnight stay for family

Close to Arrowhead stadium ,great place to overnight after the Cheifs won! Charming, cozy, clean. However the steps to the second floor may be a problem for some older adults

The home was everything we hoped it would be and more. The location was ideal - close to fun and interesting things in Independence and a short, easy drive to the heart of KC.

Perfect spot for our sister weekend

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN KC

Everything was perfect! We had family meet us and more than enough room and space. The kitchen had everything you needed. A nice fenced in back yard with beautiful flowers and grass. Overall just the best play to call a home away from home!

Joyous Retreat

Beautiful, happy home for the family trip. Towels are fluffy, beds are perfect, and the toilet paper is the good stuff. Very clean, well placed furniture and complimentary snacks. Birdwatching on the patio. True rest for the weary. Rejuvenating from the long road trip.

Trans Siberian concert

This home was clean! We did not expect decorations, but was pleasantly surprised with Christmas decorations! It also was fully equipped with coffee bar and there was even a hot chocolate station. This was the perfect place for our multiple family to stay together. Would stay again if in the area!

Second Time Stay at Property

This was our second time staying at this VRBO! The house is truly the exact representation of the house pictures and description details! The cleanliness and how the house is so nicely decorated and stocked with everything you would need is why we returned again to stay! The amount of beds that is at this property is hard to find in other properties and fits our needs perfectly! The property owner is so attentive and answers so promptly! We would recommend this property to all!

Enjoyable stay in Independence

The house was perfect for our short stay. Clean, near everything we needed, and loved the access to garage. The host went above and beyond providing snacks and coffee, as well as working with us at the last minute to extend our stay by a night. The only problem we encountered was at check in. We arrived very late at night, and the street was very dark and the house numbers were nearly impossible to see from the street, making it exceedingly difficult to locate the home. However, that was the only wrinkle in an otherwise great stay.

The best place I’ve stayed

This place was the best I’ve stayed at. So clean and every possible convenience you could think of. The host must have an eye for detail. The house was so cute and updated. The only thing I would make people aware of is the only bed available on the main floor is in the library and it’s only a full and there isn’t a door on the room. I was with 6 other adults and we all sleep comfortably. The rooms upstairs each had their own portable air conditioning units so we could adjust to our own comfort. It really had all the comforts of home and I would highly recommend a stay.
