"The only real compliant I have is the fact that on the vending machines there is no price for what you’re buying. And you don’t know until your card is charged a ridiculous amount. I bought a 20oz bottle of water for $6. The next day I went to the store and purchased 2 - 32 ounces and a 16oz ocean spray cranberry juice for $5. Talk about paying for convenience 😂. They got me, but I can guarantee it won’t happen again"

"The room was not as cleanly as I had hoped. The shower particularly. The floor of the shower was slimy which was really disturbing. I was scared that I’d pick up some disease on my feet. There was no kleenex in the tissue dispenser The elevator smelled less than fresh"
