Ótimo custo-benefício

3ª vez que me hospedo no ap. e é um excelente custo-benefício, porém dessa vez não me adaptei ao travesseiro, pois dos 3 disponíveis, um era altíssimo, outro era baixíssimo e o mais ou menos ficou com minha esposa, então, dormi muito mal e acordei algumas vezes com dor de cabeça, o que acabou prejudicando a estada. A Juliana sempre foi muito prestativa e em outros momentos nos ajudou na resolução de algumas situações, porém nesse caso não houve a substituição desses travesseiros, então, fica a dica para o proprietário para aquisição de novos, pois muitas vezes ficamos no ap. apenas para dormir e considero um item importante numa estada. Apesar dessa observação construtiva eu gosto muito desse ap eu voltaria a me hospedar em outro oportunidade.

Buenos días, el apartamento que alquilamos estaba lleno de hongos por la lluvia tan fuerte que ha tenido natal en estos últimos meses, contactamos con el propietario y nos dio otro apartamento en el mismo edificio unos pisos mas abajo el cual no afecto la lluvia, todo perfecto, el propietario un 10 y los apartamento tambien.

Estive com minha esposa por 9 dias hospedado neste Flat e realmente foi muito boa a estadia. Foi a primeira vez que ficamos em um Flat e tudo nos surpreendeu, tudo muito bem planejado e não sentimos falta de nada. Pra quem gostar de um Flat bem localizado e aconchegante este é o lugar. Espero retornar a Natal e já tenho onde ficar. Preço justo. Recomendo.

Estive com meu marido no flat por 10 dias. É muito bem localizado, funcionários sempre gentis. O flat é lindo, nos surpreendeu! Nos sentimos em casa! Do flat dá p ir à pé a vários restaurantes, barzinhos. Só a net do prédio que não tinha muito sinal dentro do apê. Fora isso, foi td perfeito! Espero voltar, Natal é lindo demais!!

Estive com a minha esposa e duas filhas no Flat do Senhor Antônio Guimarães no período de 02 a 09/12/2014 e nos sentimos em casa, tudo do jeito que foi descrito no site. Aliás, quero ressaltar a retidão do proprietário durante a locação e hospedagem, porque tudo transcorreu conforme combinado nos e-mails!

Bom imóvel, linda vista, boa localização, principalmente pra quem também busca opções para a noite, bem perto de tapiocaria, bares, pub's e a tradiconal casa de forró Rastapé, tudo a poucos metros, fazia o percurso a pé todas as noites.
