Great stay. Hotel is in a touristy area close to main spots. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only minor complain is about the AC: the room was really large and the AC couldnt handle it. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very good! Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel!

Go somewhere else.

This is a 2* property at best no VIP benefits as you claim. You even have to pay to get a towel at the pool for a sun lounger. Rooms are shockingly poor there is no view simply a brick wall. The staff try their best but the owners are simply profiteering with little regard to service. Pool is good to sunbathe but no lifeguard and I never seen it get cleaned. Overall disgrace.

A estadia foi boa no geral, com pontos positivos como a localização, que é excelente, e o café da manhã, que também agradou bastante. A limpeza do local estava ótima, eu daria nota 10 nesse quesito. No entanto, tivemos um problema sério com o barulho. Ficamos inicialmente em um quarto no segundo andar, localizado bem embaixo da cozinha, e o barulho era simplesmente insuportável, especialmente durante a madrugada e início da manhã. A equipe até tentou nos realocar, mas o quarto para o qual fomos transferidos estava com cheiro forte de mofo, o que nos forçou a trocar novamente. Mesmo no primeiro piso, o barulho ainda era bem perceptível. Acredito que, com algumas melhorias na questão do isolamento acústico e manutenção dos quartos, a experiência poderia ser muito melhor.

Hotel muito bom e com ótima localização

Hotel com ótima estrutura e muito bem localizado. É dividido em duas partes: uma de flats onde tem a piscina principal e outra área são de quartos, nesta tem outra piscina menor e onde é realizado o café da manhã Ficamos na parte dos quartos e nela há uma saída direto para a praia e calçadão. Os hóspedes que ficam nessa parte, podem acessar a piscina de que fica na parte dos flats. O café da manhã é bom ebem organizado, além de uma vista incrível para o mar.

A um passinho da excelência...

Ótima localização! Vista incrível! Fácil acesso à praia (mesmo que eu nem tenha ido até lá...). Café da manhã bem sortido, com deliciosas opções regionais e internacionais. Equipe sempre muito solícita. Fato ruim é a recepção ser de um lado da rua e o quarto do outro. Outra dificuldade é o check-in apenas virtual. Não foi informado no ato da reserva e no momento in loco, não era encontrado o meu nome... Em suma, tive que preencher a caneta e papel os dados, como faziam os povos antigos...
