"After three days , taught ww had eaten everything , only to enjoy racks of Lamb . Wow, amazing . This is a hotel that truly has it all when it comes to All Inclusive . While everyone was pleasant and helpful , special mention and thank you goes out to Jordan in the Banana Boat restaurant who demonstrated genuine service and energy when it comes to professionalism and hospitality , far and beyond . Jonathan, our Concierge, was very friendly and helpful in scheduling our restaurant appointments and off-site activities for the entire week, including getting “butler service” for our private cabana on Sandal’s beautiful white sandy beach area. "My wife and i stayed at the Island House for our 20th anniversary. While it wasn't close to a lot of the stuff we wanted to do, we don't regret staying there at all. The staff were exellent and the resort was perfect."
