Walk to Broadway: The Printers Alley Speakeasy

Street level unit in the heart of downtown Nashville. You'll step out the front door and find yourself immersed in historic Printers Alley, the sites of Nashvilles speak easy district during prohibition. Surrounded by fine and casual dining options, a left turn and youll be on broadway in three blocks. Walk a block up 3rd Avenue and you're at HG hill, Nashvilles downtown grocer. Situated in between Sea Salt, Jeff Rubys, Skulls Rainbow Room, the best Nashville has to offer is at your doorstep.

With 2200 square feet of available guest space, this four bedroom unit boasts two full tile showers and four king bedrooms.

There's a 500 sf speakeasy loft available as an add-on. Inquire with us.


Once the site of a furniture store, and later the law office of Nashvilles own famous Larry Levine, the law suites combines Nashvilles history pasy and present in a 150 year old brick building boasting 16 foot ceilings in the lobby and original hardwood floors.

Designed and rehabilated by your hosts in a nine month remodel, you find yourself in a truly unique space.

Great location and Nashville vibe

We had a great time. Devon and Kevin were great to work with, available when we needed something and have a great property! The place was very cool, easy walk to Broadway and food trucks on the walk home for a late night snack! We would absolutely stay there again!

“Shagadelic Stay on Broadway: A Retro 70’s Dream with Service Supreme!”

We landed in the NashVegus-Ville,
Right on Broadway, retro vibes that thrill,
Stepped in the Vrbo, it's a scene so clean,
Like a 70's flick but it’s sparkling clean.Disco balls spinning, shag carpet so plush,
The colors so loud, had me blushing with a hush,
Funky wallpaper, avocado green flair,
But the service though—man, they really care!Owner’s on point, had us set from the jump,
Welcome basket tight like a disco thump,
Fridge stocked, towels fluffed, Wi-Fi so fly,
Turned this retro palace to a real-life high.From the bed to the bar, everything just right,
Like a soul train groove deep into the night,
Walking distance to Broadway, we strutted in style,
But this Vrbo stay? Got me cheesin’ with a smile.So if you're in Nashville, wanna stay with some class,

Great Location

Had a great time in Nashville downtown. Was able to load/unload outside where I parked just across the street. Very convenient. Still under construction in some areas which wasn’t a huge deal just be prepared if your picky ask questions. Excellent communication and rooms were nicely decorated. Great access to the Nashville nightlife.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

We were traveling with a group of 12 people, half of the group was 21 and the other half was "40-something" and this trip far exceeded our expectations! First of all, you can't beat the location of this place! Walking distance to Broadway and lots of other attractions. Lots of food trucks on the walk to and from the VRBO which came in VERY handy on late night walks home! Devon was absolutely great in helping us with local suggestions but our favorite thing was for our first night there, he secured us a musician to play at the VRBO! Talk about starting the weekend off with a bang! The musician, Oliver, was amazing, reasonably priced and set the tone for the rest of the weekend! The vibe of the VRBO is very chill and laid back. We enjoyed the decor and the space. You do share an entry way (both parties have key pad entry) with the apartment above but we never saw them and you then have a separate entrance from the entry way into your private space, so we just kept that locked. The shared entry way has a shuffleboard table that our group really enjoyed. Devon provided us with a cart that we pushed to a local grocery store, which was only a couple blocks away and then we loaded up the cart to bring back groceries so you don't have to carry everything. That was super helpful. We would totally rent this place again!
