Perfect Nashville Getaway

Family Getaway

The location was perfect and close to many nice area restaurants and bars. Broadway was within walking distance and made for nice morning/evening walks to and from the downtown area. The farmers market is nearby and offers a variety of shops and cuisine. If you are a baseball fan, the Nashville minor league ball park is a quick walk and looks as though it offers a great deal of family fun. The location and amenities in this unit were absolutely perfect for our short family getaway.

The location was great in Germantown. Local pizza DeSano's and China One were fabulous! The rooms were very spacious, everthing was clean and well kept. Love the extra options available, stocked refrigerator, personal chef! All ages were entertained here. Will stay at Avantstays for future bookings!

Great Condo, Great Location

Had a 4 night stay in Magnolia 10. It’s a lovely condo. Very comfortable for a girls weekend in Nashville. We walked to and from Broadway numerous times. There’s a Mexican restaurant, coffee, shops, a little bistro Café and the Germantown pub all in very close proximity to this condo. Highly recommend.
