∙ Dispose of your leftover food in pantry/fridge/freezer ∙ Put kitchen trash in bins on either side of garage outside ∙ Check for all personal items
∙ Leave used beds un-made so cleaners know which linens to wash (no need to remove sheets) ∙ Leave all used bathroom towels on the floor in the bathroom with the bath mat.
∙ Clean and put away used kitchen items, and ensure the dishwasher is emptied. ∙ Fire pit/grill covers are back on if used ∙ Turn off lights Thank you so much for choosing to stay at our home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes/vaping) is prohibited inside the home/on property. A $2000 fee will be charged if this rule is violated
Late checkout after 10:30 a.m. incurs a $50 fee. After 11 a.m., you’ll be charged the nightly rate plus $50. This does not reserve the night.
