Summary:
Hillwood Hideaway is a charming townhome just 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville and Music Row. Take a short Uber ride into town and explore the numerous local restaurants, breweries, museums, cafes, and more!

The Space:
The living room greets you with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, ESPN, etc.). Right outside the French doors from the living room takes you to the balcony with patio seating. Dine and wine out here on sunny days!

The kitchen is equipped for homemade meals from a Keurig coffee maker, blender, electric stovetop, to a toaster! If you don't feel like cooking at home, we recommend checking out the local restaurants in Nashville! Indulge in classic Nashville hot chicken sandwiches at Hattie B's or try the famous dry rub ribs at Peg Leg Porker.

The master bedroom has a King bed, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms have a Full bed. The 2nd full bathroom has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

There is a washer and dryer available for your use.

There are 2 assigned spots provided. The lot is shared with several commercial businesses.

This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

Great Location, easy access to everything

Came for New Year’s Eve and spent more time inside this cozy place with friends. Felt super safe walking around during the day and sleeping at night. Overall great time!

Perfect Getaway

We spent 5 days using this property as our home base. The accommodations were perfect. This is tucked in behind a few other businesses, so it was hard to find initially, but that was the only issue. Getting to any venue, shops, and dinning was super easy. If we return to Nashville, we will be looking for this property first.

Birthday Trip - Great Stay

The stay was affordable and lots of privacy. Location was near target if anything was needed and close enough to Uber to downtown bars. Communication was quick and effective with the management company, answering my questions immediately. Only cleanliness concern was in the outdoor garbage area, it looked like a previous tenant had left a mess behind but to no fault of the management team. It did not impact our stay whatsoever and they responded quickly when we notified them.

Wonderful

Would absolutely rent this property again, the layout was good, it was clean and well appointed except for the kitchen. Definitely needed more glasses, a corkscrew, pots and pans, and flatware.

Excellent trip to Nashville

My friends and I were traveling to Nashville for the UT game and this place was perfect for us. It was located 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go plus it was across the street from Target. Check in and out was easy and I was even able to add my dog to the booking the week of travel. There was a quick response and clear directions. 10/10 recommend!

Good value

The unit was clean but could use some TLC. The outdoor patio furniture was broken, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the shower could use some regrouting. The location is in a safe area with some eateries and stores nearby. It is about a 10 min drive to midtown and 20 min drive to downtown with no traffic. It was roomy enough for our party of 5 and worth the price.

Nashville celebrating 21st

The location was great it was near everything, the place was very clean, check in was easy, parking fine. If I would say anything I think the host could do more in terms of providing the littles things lick more towels, more cleaning supplies, more pots and pans. I also think a guess book with instructions would have been helpful. Also, the shower in the master bed room really needs a soap dish.

Not terrible but needs work

Was difficult to find at night. Inside was fairly clean and looked like the pictures. 2 of the 3 beds were not comfortable. The car parking area had giant holes in the roof with boards hanging down and we only parked in the car port half way hoping nothing fell onthe cars.The wind blew off a big rubber matting and we reported it but nobody came to fix it. The outdoor patio was nice but the carpet under neath was deterated so bad that it brought in the materials inside. This place could be nice just needs some work. nibuunderneathour cars. Super clean

We booked this place last minute on the road to TN. It wasn’t exactly what we expected as far as being an apartment tucked back between businesses, and the stairs you climb to get to it. However, it was really clean and spacious enough for what we needed. The management was helpful in allowing us to get in early and very attentive to questions and issues. It was about 20 min from all the activities we did ( Opry, Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman). For us, that wasn’t too bad. There’s a Target you can walk to if needed! 😊

Just okay.

The owner responded promptly to our questions. The stay was convenient to a Target/ Trader Joe’s & a few shops/ restaurants. The inside was a bit dated but as pictured. Had everything we needed for a short stay. We visited Universities nearby and not at rental much of the day. However, The property was situated behind a Vet. The VRBO sits on the 2nd floor in the back of parking lot above the dumpsters. The 90+ temps did not allow us to utilize the outdoor deck nor would we want to. The smell was distracting and the outdoor space was not as pictured. If you are looking for a short term stay with parking - this space works. If you want a bit more atmosphere during your stay on site this is not the space for you.

Property was slightly difficult to find, especially when we had to check in at night, would recommend instructions on getting to the property.Check in almost had me worried, I tried contacting twice and had no reply up until 2 days before I stayed, but after communication was 5/5 amazing.The property itself was beautiful, clean and a great quiet area to get some rest in, and I love how the 2 rooms had portable A/Cs for the muggy Tennessee temperature. Would absolutely stay there again

I had such a great stay at this vrbo during my trip to Nashville. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—super close to all the downtown hotspots but still quiet enough to relax after a long day. Check in was very smooth and the host was excellent at responding in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to anyone staying in the are.

First impression was the concern of the busted carport. We did not park underneath it due to concern of it collapsing. There were stains in the carpet of the bedrooms and some rooms had bugs coming in from the windows.

The property was perfect for us. With the exception of the stairs, I was in a wheelchair so it was difficult. Every question I had for the host was answered promptly, and we were granted a later checkout, which helps us immensely. I would definitely stay here again if it didn’t have the stairs
