Summary:
The Hillwood Lavish is a stylish townhome, located 15 minutes from everything Nashville has to offer.

The Space:
Take a short Uber ride to Downtown Nashville or Music Row and explore the art and history of this gorgeous city! Check out the Country Music Hall of fame, indulge in delicious foods like the Nashville hot chicken or BBQ, or check out the numerous local breweries.
The colorful and chic living room greets you with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, ESPN, etc. capable - subscriptions not included). The retro kitchen offers a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric stovetop, and more to make you feel right at home. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the comfort of your own home before hitting the town.

Both bedrooms are on the 1st floor and share a Jack n Jill style bathroom. Each bedroom features colorful blue walls and stylish gold tones. The main bedroom holds a King bed and Smart TV and the 2nd bedroom has a King bed. Both bedrooms have their own balcony.

There are 2 parking spots provided.

Unfortunately, the fireplace does not function.

Please note: If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Good quiet location

Nice option for my husband, young adult daughter and me for a holiday visit to see family. It was a little tricky to find initially, but it was quiet and very convenient.

Fun weekend in Nashville!

Clean property. Very roomy and not in a bad location at all. Uber got us quickly downtown to broadway. Check-in was super easy as well. Would stay again!

Cool little place! Bedrooms were nice and big and the beds were super comfy! Not too far from downtown so we got the chance to experience as much as we wanted.

Exactly as pictured. Lots of space. Super clean. Yes needs some cosmetic work outside, but I cared about the inside. No one bothered you, nice and quiet. Not really down an alley per se, more like going down a driveway to a parking spot. Had a power outage, communicated with host, very apologetic and jumped on it to resolve. Only lasted like an hr or so. AC was great I had to keep it at 71-72, I was cold . Balcony under construction, it’s ok would’ve used it only to hang clothes to dry, too hot out after being at baseball tournaments all day. Host are very responsive if you need anything. Can walk to a few amenities. Perfect spot, would stay again!

Great place

This was a great place for a weekend visit to Nashville. The location was very convenient to Broadway, only a 20 minute Uber ride. We will surely stay here again in the future.

Clean property with parking on-site. The property was a short drive from Broadway St and in a pretty convenient location. Target right across the street and liquor store around the corner. Would stay here again

This place was perfect for 2 couples to stay. Great location especially for near by shopping and restaurants. Was perfect location for quick Uber ride to downtown. The space was clean and very spacious. Was better than the pictures!!

Easy access to Downtown Nashville

This was a quiet apartment, plenty of streets back behind to walk puppy dog. Decorated well and beds were comfy. The big TV in the den had a nice display. It had easy access to downtown by taking off interstate roads. We had a great stay.

We loved the townhouse it was very clean. A little tricky to find but info was in the email from rental company. Great communication with property management. Easy drive to downtown will definitely stay again.

This place is very Cute and Cozy!

Great location for where we needed to be every day we were in Nashville. The only complaint I have is that in the evenings, the air conditioner couldn't keep up and the townhome wouldn't get below 80, until after the sun went down. Other than the AC, it is a Great place to stay!

Nashville Christmas Trip

This two bedroom apartment was spotless clean and cozy. The large living room/kitchen was inviting and comfortable with a very large tv. TVs are in both bed rooms. The apartment has everything one needs, and is light and bright. It is perfectly located between downtown Nashville and the suburbs, easy access to both. There is a large shopping center across the street. Super convenient! The management of the apartment is very communicative and helpful in every way. I highly recommend this place and intend to stay there in the future. No complaints, all pluses!!

Vanderbilt summer 2025

Was for medical appointments at Vanderbilt Medical Center. It was very difficult to get a direct answer to questions I made into the downstairs unit availability. I had to be very blunt and request a yes/no answer, as the questions I received back on my question I had no way of answering because I had no insight beyond “within 6 months” but they wanted “specific dates” and I didn’t have. Very frustrating! Finally got the answer I wanted though!! So, overall, my sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and very comfortable! Thank you for the use of your unit!

Off the beaten path

Beautifully decorated and very clean. It is difficult for Ubers to find so we found ourselves explaining to the drivers. A quiet neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle of downtown which was lovely. Was hoping to drop off our luggage due to an early flight or an early check in. We managed to get an hour earlier check in but we did find a luggage storage downtown so it worked fine. Overall a nice place.

Overall the place was perfect. In a great location target across the street liquor store in the plaza up front and so many good choices within 10 mins. The only thing that was a let down was the patios weren’t open. Stated construction but from what I have read is they haven’t been functional for awhile now. I feel this should be stated in the description because we were looking forward to some nice nights sitting out there relaxing.

Comfy beds

Great little place for a weekend in Nashville. We loved the proximity to downtown. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Please fix the porches. That would’ve been so nice to be able to use them. We noticed some “land lord specials.” The faucet in one bathroom was installed incorrectly. The tub was old compared to the rest of the updates. There was still paper and painters tape on the windows. We had to run to the store for hand soap and toilet paper. None were supplied.
