You're walking distance to Nashville's hottest bars, live music+loads of restaurants. You are a short ride to Broadway (5 min), 12 South, The Gulch, +more. If you are looking for a luxury hotel accommodation, then you may want to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for an authentic Nashville experience on Historic Music Row, then this is the place for you!

The Space:
Experience Nashville like a TRUE LOCAL here on Music Row. This historic apartment is housed inside a 8-unit complex on Music Row - it doesn’t get more Nashville than that! Walk out your front door right onto Music Row and find yourself strolling past some of the greatest history Nashville has to offer – RCA Studio B, Bobby’s Idle Hour, ASCAP, Curb Records, BMI, Big Machine Records… and more! Don’t forget your camera - chances are you’ll pass by some famous faces too! It’s not uncommon to see artists and songwriters hanging out on Music Row + Midtown at all hours in this town.

Full kitchen equipped with everything you might need to cook up a tasty meal at home should you choose. Washer & dryer are also available in the unit!

We want to provide you with a cozy spot in the PERFECT location that allows you to experience Nashville in the best way possible. This apartment is ideal for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions.

There are so many places within walking distance! Old Glory, Winners Bar, and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying.

No rental car needed! Walking distance to Midtown where you'll find some local watering holes like: Winners/Losers, Red Door Saloon, Rebar, and Kung Fu Saloon! Or... Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and visit the famous Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Printer’s Alley, and Country Music Hall of Fame for around $5-7 one-way!

Amazing Nashville stay!

We had such an amazing time staying here! The place was so cute and decorated so well. They had enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. It was a great location that was a short drive to anywhere we needed to go! Highly recommend!

The apartment was just what we wanted. Very comfortable and cozy. We arrived early and were let in early. The gentleman that worked there at apartment was very friendly & nice as he was coming out as we got there. Apartment was walkable to everything we wanted to do.

Music Row

It was easy to find , but not close to anything to really walk to. The place was average could use a few updates. The bedrooms have roll down shades and there’s bright lights outside, string lights that light up the whole room so if you’re sensitive to that I would not recommend staying there. I had to cover with towels in order to get a darker room and sleep. It’s located on a busy street so traffic can be heard late at night. The beds were comfortable. The heater is very loud and kept waking us up and a scented jar is next to the filter of the heater.You can smell it throughout the apartment, it was gross! If your looking to stay closer to down town,so you can walk a little bit i would recommend that as the parking is outrageous down town.
