We enjoyed the clean space in a safe neighborhood with our two dogs. We felt very comfortable here. Within 5-10 minutes of almost anything and everything that Nashville has to offer! Great recommendations from host and former guests!

Cute, cozy and quiet

Close to restaurants, shops and Nissian Stadium (we were in town for a two night concert). Parking was easy and never had any issues finding a spot on 9th St. Ubered to the stadium and walked home afterwards. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Property was cozy and perfect for our needs. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great unit, very new and clean and super cute. First time staying in East Nash and the location was great easily walkable for groceries, beverages, restaurants, and nightlife. Rented Bcycles for easy access to downtown. Thanks!

A very beautiful, very clean, and cozy apartment furnished with love in a quiet location.Sights are easily accessible by car, public transport, or Uber.The great basic amenities (which you rarely find in this size with other providers) are worth mentioning; you have everything you need right there and don't have to buy the basics (e.g., laundry detergent, spices, coffee tabs...).We only have one small suggestion: a small shelf above the bed would be nice to store things like glasses, cell phones, or other items.

This was a pretty convenient spot and quiet. It's close to downtown but also has lots of great places just within a few blocks for food and drinks.
