This is our 2 BEDROOM condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, MATTE BLACK & SLEEK VIBE! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is truly one of a kind in the building!

MAIN:
The sleek matte black kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW black slate appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy.

BATH:
Floating matte black double vanity sink & DOUBLE GLASS SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. One private toilet in the bathroom.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Definitely booking again!!

This was our first time in Nashville and our hosts and the property were beyond expectation. Felt like I’d known Lacey for years, she was amazing! And the rental was clean, close to bars and restaurants, and decorated beautifully! We loved our stay and will definitely rebook! Thanks again to our wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!

Great location

Location was perfect. Just a short Uber drive to Broadway. Music row was a slower pace with good food and drinks within walking distance. Lots of recording studios in the area and we actually met Heath Warren. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay on Music Row

Very comfortable location with an easy walk for your morning coffee and/or to a street of restaurants near Music Row. Easy Uber/Lyft to Broadway, museums, restaurants, etc. Parking is “tight” but available underneath the building. Great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the 2 bedroom, 1 large bath set-up.

The place was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking utensil you may need. This was nice to see for a person who likes to cook on vacation. Loved the bathroom inside outside aspect Good kitchen space Parking was convenient Location was superb The pool looked awesome but we didn’t have time :( Beds & pillows were quite soft but some people like that. Provided many towels but they had a bit of a smell so we felt uneasy to use them.

Location, location, location

The unit was as expected. Had a bit of a problem with the Internet, but the host replied promptly, and was able to solve the problem. Location was fantastic. About 1 mile to the middle of town and we were able to park our car and just leave it.

Matte Black and impressive when you first walk in! My husband appreciated the feminine figure artwork! Modern and fully equipped kitchen with extras!. Extremely comfortable and clean. Two huge side by side showers with toiletries supplied. Also two sink vanity with lots of storage and plush towels. Bedrooms were on the small size and did not have a closet, dresser, wardrobe or even a luggage rack. There were hooks with hangers on the wall to hang a few items. Fortunately we only used one of the two bedrooms so we stored our suitcases in the other. We were only there two nights so it worked out. The bed however very comfortable! Loved having access to a washer and dryer. Laundry supplies also available. Great location on Music row. Close to several venues and many in walking distance. Loved the area. Safe and secure building. Community pool was fun but was in need of some cosmetic repairs. Overall a great value and we would highly recommend staying here! Check in and check out seamless and owners with prompt communication .
