1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, comfortable sofa with a lounge chase, 1 air mattress

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property. The property has an enclosed carport/backyard with privacy fence, a front porch, back patio, a grilling area, and plenty of garaged/carport parking!
Other things to note
Due to STR regulations in Nashville the hotel tax is added to your total. Or, if "instant booked" will be collected separately. The taxes are paid to the city at 6% hotel tax & $2.50/night fee.
