We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and large and had a nice little kitchenette. We loved the laundry in unit. The beds were comfy. Warning- It is in an urban area in the Germantown area of downtown Nashville so bring good earplugs and a mask if traffic noise/light bothers you. But that is expected in any urban area.

This place was very modern and very clean. In a great location, and I like parking right in front. The only negative was that it appeared someone had backed into the fence around the parking lot, making the first impression of the property not very good (which was not accurate!). Please fix the fence. Overall...fantastic!

This was a great location and amazing setup! We had a great time exploring Nashville and the Abode was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. As seen with other reviews, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors, but this didn't affect our stay :)

The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The futon couch was not comfortable to sit on, we didn’t need it for a bed. Communication prior to arrival was challenging in regards to registering for the room. A lot of back and forth and multiple phone calls because things on their end got dropped. Also, the building was not clearly marked, so we were unsure we were entering the correct property. There were specific instructions on how to enter the property by car and on foot, but upon arrival we found the gate completely open to anyone, which was confusing because they made a huge deal about security during the registration process. Other than that the room was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed.

Nashville Stay

Loved our stay. Very clean! Beds were like sleeping on clouds. The only issue was the walls are paper thin so you can hear noise from everywhere. However it did not cause a problem for us. Would definitely stay here again! Very reasonable in price.

Germantown Gem

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The construction next door was a little disappointing but it's temporary. Germantown area is great. The neighborhood and people were very friendly. Plenty of one of a kind places to eat within walking distance. The downside that can be easily fixed would be to clean the parking area in front of the suites.

Desperately needs noise reduction from upstairs.

It was a great location, good size, with everything we needed. However, the shower curtain didn’t go to the floor and the entire bathroom floor is flooded after every shower. I would like to say it was relaxing, but we did not sleep well even one night. The people upstairs are just going about normal business and it wakes you from sleep several times throughout the night. Noise reduction is a must. I would not stay here again for any extended time.

Not perfect, but I would book again.

We had trouble getting in when we arrived. The code for the door didn't work, and phone calls to Abode were disconnected after the first ring. After some panic, we tried email, and we were in very quickly. Our stay was quiet, but I think what others have said about the lack of soundproofing is legit. The couch was totally not comfortable, so you might not be spending hours hanging out watching a movie, but that's not what Nashville is for. The unit was VERY clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Security was good, and the neighborhood is pretty nice, actually. There are some good restaurants nearby. I would stay there again.

Felt like a college apartment

Location and affordability was the main deciding factor with this booking. Despite the additional deposit charged on top Of booking fees through hotels.com, it was cost effective compared to the downtown hotels. On another note, the maintenance of the facility was average. It was very college apartment grade maintenance. Updated furniture and amenities were great. The flooring was very cracked and creaking loudly (poor installation). The parking Accommodations did not allow us to park within the gated area consistently. On the bright side, it is located directly across a large field and walking area great for jogging, recreational usage.

Walking distance to Germantown restaurants

Quiet neighborhood overall (construction happening right next door during the day but evening was quiet). However, Being on the first floor, you hear every footstep above you… luckily we had considerate neighbors. Unit was very clean and had almost everything you need to cook meals… except a frying pan… bummer since we like to cook breakfast every morning. We used a pot to fry eggs… yes, resourceful! The unit could be freshened up with a new coat of paint for its starting to look worn. The back door to the patio was tough to open due to humidity and we found the neighbors had “borrowed “ the outdoor bench that was supposed to be at this unit… we “borrowed “ it back. :-) The location was in walking distance to some nice restaurants such as Pelato! We enjoyed the Germantown area. An Uber drive to hotspots on Broadway was about $10. Overall a good stay. The management was attentive in terms of sending messages to make sure we were happy with checkin etc. checking was very easy.

Lovely Stay

The parking was super easy and the location is very close to the Greenway which is great for running and biking. There was plenty of room for my family and the kitchen was well equipped. I found the bed to be too soft, but that would not be a problem for everyone. I would also recommend a sleep mask as the bedrooms stay bright even at night. There were earplugs provided, but noise did not seem to be a issue for us.
