- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

- This home is equipped with 2 external security cameras, for guest safety: (1) located at the front door and monitoring the front entrance area, and (1) located at the back door and monitoring the exterior rear entry/common backyard area.
