4BR Home in THE NATIONS • Walk to Bars & Bites!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything in Nashville's "Nations" Neighborhood! You can walk to multiple bars and great restaurants from our home. All of this while still only being a short uber/lyft ride to the honky tonks on Broadway and everything that downtown has to offer. We offer 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, so your group will have plenty of sleeping options.

Property information and layout!

As you pull up to the house, there is a concrete pad on the north side-big enough for 4 cars. You will enter the home from the front door with a door code that we will provide specifically for you! As you walk in the home, bedroom #1 (with two double beds) is directly to your left. Across from bedroom #1 is an open space that features a smaller than standard sized pool table and tv for entertainment! The main level also consists of the living room, a full bathroom, and a kitchen! The kitchen has all the basic essentials including a drip coffee maker and we supply a basic starter kit of grounds and sugar to get you going. Just off of the kitchen there is a covered, outside seating area for 4. Upstairs consists of bedrooms #2,#3, and #4. Bedroom #2 has qty-2, twin size bunks and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a king size bed and Bedroom #4 has a Queen size bed and they share a true Jack and Jill bathroom. The washer and dryer are also on the second floor.
