Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms comfortably host up to six guests across three beds, each room featuring its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy. With space to unpack and settle in, you can recharge between outings, warm up after time exploring the city, and rest easily with the convenience of bathroom essentials provided.

You can unwind in the cozy atmosphere, stream a favorite show on the TV, or simply enjoy the comfort of heating, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan as the winter season unfolds outside. An elevator offers convenient access throughout the property, and paid parking is available on-site for $25 per night. Exterior security cameras in the building’s common areas, along with a smoke alarm and first aid kit, offer added peace of mind. Smart lock self check-in and Wi-Fi make arrivals and daily routines smooth.
Laundry & essentials
A washer and dryer located in the building help support longer stays, and you’ll have essentials like towels, bed linens, and hangers to make settling in simple. An iron is provided as well, giving you the option to refresh clothing before events or evenings out.

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the pool, gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay
Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.
1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.
2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area.
3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.
4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours.
5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.*
Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.
PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building. They are located in the following areas: gym, parking areas, lobby, lounge and pool.
