When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window...

The next morning, I appealed the front manger or owner and his response was not professional enough and not friendly either.
