"The staff are very helpful and good in service. When I arrived at quite late at night and all my credit cards from Japan cannot be charged, plus I don't have enough cash. Rude staff. First they will give you the worst condition room, if you are shy/adjustable then you wont complain. If you complain, they will say ,it will be fixed tomorrow because no staff available.
