Appartement très propre. Mais…Indications pas claires pour l’arrivée (manquait le numéro dans la rue). Appartement en RDC avec une seule fenêtre dans tout l’appartement - extrêmement mal isolée. Très bruyant (rue très passagère et palier de l’immeuble très passager). La propriétaire ne parle pas anglais - contrairement à l’annonce.

Gerieflijk kelderappartement in hartje Napels

Proper appartementje in hartje Napels. Vlotte check-in en communicatie met Vincenza. Goedwerkende airco die weliswaar apart diende betaald te worden bij aankomst (5 € /persoon /nacht) Ietwat lawaaierige buurt maar mogelijk is dat in heel Napels het geval. Zeker een aanrader voor een kort verblijf.

für geringe Ansprüche ausreichend

Mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern waren wir sehr gut versorgt. Es gab auch eine Unterstützung mit Milch, Trinkpäckchen ... Was vorher leider nicht mitgeteilt wurde war, dass das von uns nicht zwingend benötigte zweite Schlafzimmer an andere Mieter vergeben wurde (in der Woche nacheinander an drei verschiedene Parteien). Wir haben das verkraftet, weil wir meistens als erste aufgestanden sind und so das Badezimmer und die Küche zuerst hatten. Mit 6 Leuten ist es aber sehr beengt. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr war minimal. Wir kamen aber damit zurecht. Am Esstisch konnten ohnehin nur drei und nicht 6 Leute sitzen. Abends war es ähnlich. Was auch nicht vorher mitgeteilt wurde, war die noch notwendige "Kurtaxe". Und es war nicht vorher mitgeteilt, dass unser Zimmer von der Strasse nur durch eine dünne Blechtür abgetrennt war. Wir haben aber trotz der beachtlichen neapolitanischen Geräuschkulisse recht gut geschlafen, was bestimmt nicht jeder schafft. Wir haben das Ganze als Abenteuer mit Teilnahme am einfachen typisch neapolitanischen Altdtadtleben aufgefasst und so hat es uns gefallen.

Clean and relaxing in a fun and exciting area of Napoli. Great host.

The apartment is in the heart of Napoli. You can walk everywhere and find fantastic art, food and people. The apartment has everything you need and Vincenza is always ready to help with anything you might need. The flat is in the historical district and can be lively in the evenings. Overall is a true urban exciting experience staying in this place. We were a family of five and the place worked very well for us. Thank you Vincenza for your hospitality.

Our hosts were very gracious and accommodating. Even though we had short stay, they were very welcoming and made us feel at home for our first night in Italy. Would stay here again.
