"The staff here is excellent always helpful cleaning the pool and grounds everyday. Captain Jacks restaurant on sight is great service and drinks order the fish tacos and fish and chips :) the pool and hot I used every morning lots of sun exposure. Also can go to ocean and beach next to pool with great sunsets each day. Only reason not 5 stars is the noise from my one bedroom suite with open air windows can hear other guests talking in the corridors and elevators all day which is annoying when trying to sleep!"

"My family loved our stay at this lovely condo at Papakea Resort. The condo had everything we needed to make life easy on vacation. The kitchen was stocked well enough to make easy dinners at home. They provided everything we needed for beach days without worry. I think we all loved the view from the lanai the most, and could have sat out there all day listening to the ocean and enjoying the views. We loved grilling by the pool, while enjoying the pool and hot tub. The resort was a perfect place for a family vacation! "

"Fully equipped kitchen, great view, and friendly, attentive staff. Bouncy bed, but slept good, just not super comfy. The sliding screen from our upstairs neighbor on our last night got opened and slammed about 785 times and drive me nuts. Also, there were some creepers that came and stood right next to me and my wife when we were having a nice moment, so maybe this place attracts swingers, which was disturbing."

"Dirty room , found my door open all the time . Dark grungy rooms. Hot and musky ask to check out and receive a refund but they declined refund . Didn’t even stay 1 night and I booked 7 nights in total . Given no refund and placed the blame game because they said it was booked through a third party . And. “The third party”(aka Expedia) said it was up to the hotel. Terrible experience overall"

"Three words to describe David and Robin's place: WHAT A GEM! We were a bit hesitant to book a studio as we had never stayed in one before. Well, this did not disappoint!
