Find a Great Motel Naperville

"I would rate this hotel as good to excellent if not for one employee. I stayed two nights and all the staff including front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were customer friendly and efficient with one exception. I returned back to the main entrance of the hotel on the second night after a long day of attending a burial and memorial service. I made the mistake of asking the person standing at the concierge desk to clarify the direction of the room elevators. He responded demanding to know my room # that I had not committed to memory. His hostility made me feel more like somewhere attempting to cross enemy lines than a paying guest of the hotel that employs him. Overall Chicago is one of the friendliest big cities, Hilton needs to lose this guy fast."

"Bar had good selections. Breakfast was the best I have had in any hotel and staff was friendly and efficient. Front staff is always available and willing to help with any purchase or question."

"Great place to stay. Clean and efficient. Will stay there again if we are in the area. "

"The airport shuttle was nice. The room had clothing left from previous occupants, so didnt seem the cleanest. Continental breakfast was not bad. "

"Everything was great. Although it would've been nice to have a clock visible (not on the TV) in the bedroom. Hooks in the bathroom and shower would've been helpful. "

"Parking lot is a boarded up old hotel and while Convenient to airport it’s very noisy. Breakfast was average, annoying to have to pay for parking too after a higher rate it is super close to the arenas for shows but overall an average stay and not worth the over $400 paid plus additional parking. "
