"Room spotless and lovely, staff were amazing and there are plenty of amenities and thing's to do here at santaclaus Village. Very easy to get to from the airport and a bus stop that goes directly to the airport snd town center. "

"The Hotel itself is super cute. With that real Finnish vibe. Stylish, elegant, quaint. Room clean, my view was amazing. Beautifully located. So Picturesque!! I wanted to love it so much! But here are the fails. The staff need some serious customer service training. No smiles were seen, and certainly not a “How was your stay?” It’s a busy time of year, but I was taken by surprise at how many families with young children. Definite vibe Killer! There’s no lift at this property, and no one to help with bags so be prepared. Breakfast was chaos trying to find an available clean table. Maybe I will give this property the opportunity to redeem itself, because had it not been for a very ordinary (less than ordinary) experience. I probably would have loved the place. "

"Pros... Hotel is in best location near to city centre.walkable to city centre.All staff is very helpful and warm welcoming.Especially Himalaya is very knowledgeable and helful Cons.. First TV doesn't have access to many channels you need your own account. In my room some channel is not working which is a basic channel , I called the staff but no he was not able to fix it. In the shower the drainage stingy smell is coming.shower gel was almost empty that was supposed to check byhousekeeping, needs to check before guest arrival. Breakfast is very basic everyday.Hotel suppose to add some more fruits and vegetarian options .Even inform on desk and housekeeping for daily cleaning they missed .The housekeeping department needs to be not providing great service. This is our personal opinion because we stayed there. "
