"The room was clean, but during the winter conditions, you should have the options to at least have your room swept. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Furniture in the lobby was not anything we would sit on. The most disappointing part was the shower. The shower head did not stay up, so you had to use the hand held head, the water ran out of the bottom of the shower stall, so you had to squeegee the water back under the shower door after you had to get wet, lather and then rinse off in there different steps. The location was not bad it was less than a 10 minute walk to the city center."

But what they don't mention is that some of the chalets are very far from the reception and you have to cross a main street, and if you don't have the car there is no help or trolley to drag the suitcases across. The receptionists are very unhelpful and apathetic. They blocked the room access card even before our check out time and and again to reactivate, though it is their fault, you need to walk all the way to the reception to reactivate it! "
