Cons: Sehr kühler Empfang durch die Freundin des Vermieters; Mitunter sehr geringer Wasserdruck bei der Duschbrause; Statt einen Kleiderschrank gab es nur Regale; Die Aussichten von der Terrasse und des Balkons könnten durch schönere Gestaltung des Gartens verbessert werden."

"We arrived at the hotel and the room we were given was dirty, it smelled of must. We complained and staff did change our room, however this was only slightly better. The initial room has hairs in the plug hole and hairs on the wall. It was dingy!! When I complained about the smell, staff told me to open a window. The beds were awful. The beds around the pool where old and the cushions were ripped, this looked extremely scruffy. We were offered other rooms but they wanted to charge us another €140 per night. We are a family of 4 and we did not hire a car. I asked staff to arrange a taxi but they told me that they don’t do this. We felt stuck. When I told the staff we were leaving 2 days early as we couldn’t stay any longer, the manager was apologetic. He asked if he could help but we just couldn’t stay in that room any longer."
