"All of the staff who work at the Hotel Kontes were extremely helpful. My mom has mobility issues and they were all happy to help her anyway they could. The hotel rooms were pristine and the cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. Marisela, at the front desk, would answer all of our questions and helped to organize transportation for us.
