This place was perfect for our family's first visit to Paros. Staff was amazing - kind, helpful, just a pleasure. Room and property was very was clean and room was spacious for the 3 of us. Was about a 10 minute walk to the restaurants which actually gave us time to walk and talk which is perfect when you've got teens. Overall was a great spot for a family if you're okay not having a view of the ocean.

From the moment we were picked up from the port until we checked out everything was amazing. Wonderful staff, great ocean view, quit and relaxing pool and bar area. Very warm welcome, great service, and the facilities are great- nice pool, bar, and walking distance to the town, 10-15 min well lit and safe. Will stay here again.

Zoumis residence is a wonderful place to say, just outside of the heart of Naoussa, so you get the peaceful vibes/zero traffic/noise issues you might in more central places, but it is only a short walk right into the heart of the alleyways of the old town. The staff honestly can't do enough for you - they were wonderful! We hired a car and the hotel has free parking, but it's small so book with them in advance as I imagine it gets booked up in the peak season! Breakfast was lovely, continental with pancakes and eggs and the iced coffees were amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Cute little property, affordable near the town of Naoussa. There is a beach 5 min walk away, the town is maybe a 15 min walk. Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. Enjoyed our stay, loved the property.

A must stay in Naousa

Fantastic place to stay in Naousa! The pool is lovely, peaceful and clean, and is a great for when you’ve had enough beach! Room was spacious and had everything you needed. The car to/from airport/port is an added bonus! Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Paros

We stayed at Zoumis Residence for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is kept in mint condition, great staff and lovely grounds complete with a pool. Walking into town, to the beaches, to the bus stop was not a problem from Zoumis Residence. Felt very safe walking back to the hotel late at night which was great. Lovely hotel which we will definitely book again. Thanks to George and all his stuff in helping us to enjoy our week.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The room and the view were great. The reception was very helpful and allowed to us leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout so we could still explore the area before our departure. The only we experienced was that the air conditioning was a bit unreliable. It worked well the first 2 days but on our last night it would not turn on and it was extremely hot. Otherwise I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This hotel was pretty nice overall. It was walking distance to a beautiful beach and some restaurants, though the restaurants were quite expensive. It was also reasonably close to the port of Naoussa. While I don't know how long it would take to walk there since we had an ATV, I think it would be a 15-20min walk. The hotel itself was pretty nice, with relatively clean rooms and typical hotel amenities (including food and drinks for purchase in the fridge). The hotel staff went above and beyond, including providing us an upgraded room when we arrived to check-in early and our original room was still occupied (totally unnecessary, but appreciated nonetheless)! The drinks here were decent but expensive, and honestly the food was not good. We got some pizza, fries, and tzatziki, and none of it was great. In the morning, we got the free breakfast, which honestly was also somewhat underwhelming. That said, the price of our room was reasonable, so between that and the great staff, we happily looked past the food here! We'd come back again!
