The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you Les Halles Nantaises, located opposite the famous Talensac market. Come and stay in this pleasant apartment and discover our beautiful city! With a surface area of 44 m2, the apartment is fully equipped and can accommodate four travelers. For a minimum stay of one month, don't miss out on this cocoon!

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

On the second floor (no lift) of a condominium, this pleasant T3 has been optimized for your comfort:

- You enter the living room with kitchen, dining table and sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with: oven, fridge, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
- Two bedrooms, each with its own shower room (1 bed 140x190, the other bed 140*200).
- Separate WC.
The apartment is also equipped with a TV and an excellent WIFI connection (fiber).

Area and transport:
By staying at Les Halles Nantaises, you're right in the heart of the city of Nantes: Saint Pierre Cathedral, the Dukes' Castle, Place Royale and Place Graslin ... all within walking distance (2 to 15 minutes). The neighborhood is very pleasant and close to numerous shops (bakery, supermarket, wine shop, restaurants, etc.). You can also walk to the Ile de Versailles in just 5 minutes.
As for transport, you can reach the Cours des 50 otages in less than 5 minutes by tramway lines 1 and 2, or buses C2, 23 or 12 (from rue Paul Bellamy).
For your car, there's a public outdoor parking lot at Place Talensac (fee payable).
To get to the station: From the Talensac stop, take the C2 bus in the direction of "Gare Sud" for about 10 min.
You can also reach the airport in 20 minutes by shuttle bus from the "Commerce" stop.

Les Halles Nantaises accommodation is managed by Agence Cocoonr in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.

Other remarks:
- Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar bags.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to the property unless you sign a formal contract.
- This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.
