"Very modern and clean hotel with excellent helpful staff. Bedrooms are quiet with comfortable beds. Ensuite bathroom is large with walk-in shower. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Kettle, mugs and tea & coffee available in rooms together with a water bottle refillable for free, from the water cooler located in reception. Rooms have twin round-pin sockets and also USB-C charge points. (not USB-A) Good choice available for the buffet style and organic breakfasts. Gluten free choices also available (from a notice I read in the breakfast area) Probably best to inform hotel prior to stay, if required. Hotel is in a central location and within walking distance to main points of interest and also walking distance to tram, bus and train links. Cafes, shops restaurants also all within a few metres walk. A fabulous place to stay and overall wonderful experience!"

"It's in walking distance to attractions, restaurants and cafes. I booked in a single room but when I went there for check-in I have been told my room was upgraded to double room and didn't need to pay extra for it which was great. The lady in reception was very helpful. The double room was clean and well-equipped."
