Great location to walk to city center, avoiding the hustle bustle, with a Thai street food and a grocery store a minutes away. Quiet. English speaking staff. Good quality breakfast to fill up before exploring this lovely city.

Great family stay

We had a great stay at Seven Urban Suites. The 1 bedroom apartment waa spacious for our family of four. Great having the small kitchen to make snacks and lunch etc. Very close to bus and two stops into the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and modern reception, rooms slightly dated but clean. Could do with drawers or something in the room, maybe in a wardrobe so there was a place for clothes, only hanging space. Overall we had a great time and would absolutely stay again. Great value for money

We had a very pleasant stay at Seven Urban Suites. The staffs are extremely helpful. The room is clean, spacious, well-equipped and the kitchenette is a bonus! Will use Seven Urban Suites again the next time in Nantes.

We stayed over for two nights and found the hotel to be clean and the staff friendly, the breakfast was very nice, there isn’t a restaurant in the hotel so you have to go into the centre for a meal, If you’re staying over a few days try to book parking with the hotel.

Must stay here

Everything from check in to check out was excellent. The hotel is in a business area, so there isn’t much around it. There is a fee for parking, but it is in and out privileges. The self serve laundry was the only down side. It took several hours to dry one load of wash. The front desk receptionist was most helpful in all our requests and needs. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Nantes.

Good parking garage. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Transport to city easy or walkable. Coffee and water not replaced. Only given one bath towel 2nd day and had to ask for another Bathroom and room not cleaned very well. Small room and kitchenette hard to work in. Enclosed behind cupboard doors. Quite dark

It was easy for me because someone was pulljng out so I parked right putside. The staff were wonderful and told me of a quick Thai streetfood gaff, round the corner, which made it double convenient. For business it was good for a night as Nantes was busy. As I say, clean, easy and apparantly they have parking but it qas full when I arrived so I parked on the street right putside. Did not have breakfast bit just a nice strong espresso and a smoke putside in the back courtuard which is vwry nice and comfoetable to check my emails and so on before I left for a days drivong. Altogether pleasant, clean, convenient, great staff. Take your own wine though as you do not want to have to pay hotwl prices of 24l5 euro a bottle or walk to a sgop, as it is a twn mjnute walk. Thai place 45 seconds to the right as tou walk out of the front door.

Great location and truly outstanding service

I was so impressed by this hotel. The bed is comfortable, the room was cleaned immaculately, the shower is adequately sized (I'm a big person), and the air conditioning works well. The breakfast is of high quality and good variety, and there is a tasty Thai take-out restaurant just on the other side of the building. Access to the convention center is by a convenient ten-minute walk. The front desk personnel are truly outstanding. I do not speak French, but their command of English is excellent. Moreover, on my third day I had an accident where i was struck by a bicyclist on the street and, as it turned out, broke my arm. I did not know where to go for care, but the woman on duty at the time (I redact her name for privacy) put me in a chair in the lobby, brought me water, and called the paramedics and police on my behalf, keeping me apprised of where they were and what to expect when they arrived. She went well above and beyond just a duty of care, and I cannot say enough about my gratitude. I recommend this hotel unreservedly, and if i am ever able to return to Nantes, this is where I will stay.

Comfortable quiet city apartment

We stayed one night to break a journey and to have a look at Nantes. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, it's a short walk to the old part of the city with its bars and restaurants. We chose La Mangouste, which was great. There's a supermarket and bakery around the corner and parking at the hotel for a cost. Would recommend it.
