Situated on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a modern building, it comprises a lovely living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a study area and a bathroom. This cleverly designed flat offers all the comforts you need to explore our city, whether you’re here on business or for leisure.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 29 m² living area with a comfortable lounge area, a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table
(The TV is currently not working)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Two bedrooms with one queen-size bed (160×200) and one double bed (140×190)
- A study area
- A bathroom with a bath, washing machine and heated towel rail
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A balcony to enjoy the fine weather

Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot and fan.

The flat is well situated in Nantes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Transport:
- Nearest railway station: about 20 minutes by public transport
- Nearest airport: 16 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in about 20 minutes
- Bus routes 10, 11 and 23: Zola stop, a two-minute walk away
- Tram line 1: Egalité stop, about a ten-minute walk away

The ‘L’Ingénieux’ accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You’ll be met on site by a member of our team who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys. High-quality bed linen, towels, rugs and tea towels are provided, and the bed will be made for your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we provide a few Nespresso coffee capsules and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
