"We really enjoyed our week at The Rest House. We didn't know quite what to expect, but it was pretty perfect. Being quite small meant we kept things tidy, and it was easy to clear up when leaving. Rashmir is really helpful as a host - answering queries, both before arrival and during our week, but then leaving us to our own devices which was wonderful. It was very quiet at night, well stocked with sufficient crockery, cutlery etc, and great to have tea towels, so we didn't need to take home wet ones of our own. The only reason I give a 4 for comfort is that we had to move the sofa if we wanted to watch TV sitting on it, though we often watched from the bed which was very comfortable. The Rest House is well supplied with electric points, the bathroom and heated towel rail really good too. It would have been useful to have more detailed instructions about the cooker - as I use gas at home and was a bit lost - but Rashmir explained when I asked."
