10/10 Exceptional! (4 reviews)
We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!

"We enjoyed our stay. Well-appointed, large rooms, and a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The onsen is wonderful, clean, and relaxing. This location is not central, but it is steps away from Shiomi station so getting around via the metro/subway is easy and convenient. There is a good grocery store ..."

"Hotel Gracery was a great location in the heart of Shinjuku. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were quiet and clean. My only gripe would be the room is so small we couldn’t open our suitcase all the way lol."
