"An amazing experience and stay! We spent two nights in the ryokan and it was a highlight of our trip. The food is exquisite and we were served an array of traditional, creative and beautiful dishes which we very much enjoyed. "This was a very memorable place that I visited. It is in the rural area of japan, you can really feel the realness of the area. It's in gifu however it's definitely not a tourist trap area. The owners of the establishment reminded me of my grandmother. You are not getting a hotle with this stay more of a B&B, it definitely felt like I a was sleeping over a japanese grandma's house. They also gave grate advice on a nice local restaurant at the bottom of a locals Mt that you can hike after to see...
