Our stay was great especially with kids. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The only thing was that the osaka metro station was a little far, like 7 mins away. But overall, we had a good time and would stay again

Staff were very kind at check in and check out. Location is ideal, close to two subway lines and many convenience stores, as well as a nice park nearby. Rooms were clean, but there was a bit of normal wear and tear noticeable. Room felt a bit stuffy, as if there wasn’t great air circulation. Room size is fine for a few days, but bathroom is spacious! Overall I would recommend.

"7/11 on the 4th floor was invaluable for quick bites and drinks, and the laundry proved useful for washing on a longer trip. Hotel restaurant made an ok cocktail, but I’d recommend skipping the food and go find better quality/pricing/portions elsewhere. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby! Small ..."
