    Welcome to The Beach House at South Nags Head!

    It doesn't get more oceanfront than The Beach House at South Nags Head! Literally on the beach! This home boasts incredible ocean views all while being footsteps to the water from your own private beach access. Enjoy a serene sunrise or watch the dolphins from the sundeck playing in the ocean, there is truly nothing better.

    The first floor includes a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a hall bath. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one ensuite, and a private upper deck with panoramic views. This home does not lack outdoor living space with generous decking on the first floor perfect for a dip in the hot tub, sharing a meal, just hanging out, or enjoying a refreshing outdoor shower.

    We provide all linens, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash, as well as a starter pack of coffee/tea, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels.

    The Beach House at South Nags Head is the perfect spot to experience all that the Outer Banks has to offer!

Amazing views!

Our family of 4 had a blast at this beautiful oceanfront cottage. The views from the top deck during morning sunrise coffee, to the amazing stars front the hiring at night. Everything was super clean and well appointed. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect getaway!

You can't get any closer to the beach than this beach house. We loved the seclusion, beach access, location, two decks, hot tub and homelike feel here! The check-in/out process was super easy. My only wish was that beach chairs were provided on site to take down to the beach with us, but that was a minor hiccup. Will definitely be returning!

Dream beach location

It has been a dream of mine to visit the OBX for many years. Between the miles of beaches, lighthouses, kayak tours, Pea Island, Jockey’s Ridge, and Corolla horses, I knew there was so much to see, even in the off season. What I didn’t expect was to fall in love with this house on dunes! Watching the sunrise off the Atlantic from the upper deck and the sunset from the sound is a must see experience. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores, restaurants, & activities. Listening to the waves crashing in the ocean and viewing the night sky from the hot tub was amazing. We loved the welcome basket of local goodies, having the linen and towels included, and all the other little touches the hosts did to make their home a great place to stay. I highly recommend staying here for your next OBX vacation, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Whitley and Sean for providing the perfect beach home for my family! It was perfect for us and so hard to leave!

We had an amazing vacation! The house was perfect - steps to the beach and a deck that was shaded in the afternoons with a view of the beach. The house was clean and well equipped and the one tiny issue we had (with a bathroom sink) was addressed immediately. The perfect getaway location!
