The place is beautiful. Meticulously clean, spatious, and thoughtfully decorated. We really appreciated the large beds. The area felt self. Plenty of parking. There were several restaurants, shops, cafes within 10 min walk. Downtown is under 20 min walk. You really can’t ask for a better place. Lydia communicated proactively. With the welcome message, we got clear check in instructions which made the process very smooth. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home perfectly placed within walking distance of historical downtown. Parking right in front of the house was extremely convenient. The home is cozy and welcoming. The renter was very prompt and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Wilmington.

Beautiful house with lovely historic details and comfortable accommodations. Conveniently located to downtown Wilmington and in a cute quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to coffee/tea in the morning, then spending a day downtown. Host was very responsive.
