Front desk staff were very quick, attentive, and helpful with check in and any requests, and the breakfast had a lot of great options. The room was comfortable and clean. I would easily come here again.

The hotel is at a very good location in Nagoya. To stay at such a place at that reasonable price, the services and rooms were not at their high level, but very comfortable. To those who wants to optimize their pays, this hotel is highly recommended. Free breakfasts were just delicious enough. Thankful for that.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable because it was so hard. It was like sleeping on a wooden plank. I can't really speak about the rest of the room's cleanliness because I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. We had a very very bad time. We were supposed to stay two nights but left a day early because we didn't sleep. Even if it was a non-smoking room, I don't think I would stay here again because of the bed.
