I found this hotel to be the best in Japan. The staff was so nice and helpful. Great food on the spot, good price. Big bathz Very Very Hot water at all times. CAFE ON SITE!! Nice Japanese style viewing garden on site. Convince store a block away is the only thing near the hotel. The location is not good if you want to walk around and see sights, but taxi service cost us less than 1000 yen so $6.64 USD! I your going to be in Nagoya, this is a great hotel!

チェックインの際のスタッフの対応が非常に良かったです。施設全体も清潔で以後ごちが良かったです。これは使い手の問題ですが、製氷機の下に氷の取りこぼしがあり、それが水となって不衛生になるので、タオルのようあものを敷くと良いと思いました。

ホテルの設備やスタッフは問題なく、部屋も綺麗でスタッフも親切でした。 駐車場も十分で車を使う人はお勧めです。 ただ立地から食事をするエリアまでは歩いて20分くらいかかるので、車のない人はお勧めしないかな。

難住的兩天

訂了三間房，要求安排同層雙連房方便照顧老人，都能做到！ 但三間店間冷氣只有吹洗手間門口，在房間內感覺不到有冷氣全在，還要住前台借用風扇，三間房間異味強烈，但不是烟味而是發黴臭味，衛生程度好差及走廊中央無冷氣！

チェックインが深夜12時を過ぎてしまうかと思い電話して確認したところとても親切ない対応で不安が一掃されました。大型の観光バスが数台来ていたので騒がしいかもと思いましたがそんな事は全くありませんでした。高層階でしたから夜景がとても綺麗に見られたのも良かったです。　ありがとうございました。
